Payment

• Pay by credit & debit WITH OR WITHOUT a Paypal account.
• Pay by bank account (e-check)--order will ship upon cleared payment (approx. 5-7 days)

Shipping

• Most items will ship in a padded mailer via USPS First Class within 1-4 business days upon cleared payment.
• Delivery confirmation is included for US residents.
• Multiple items will be shipped in the same package when ordered together.
• International buyers, please contact me if you desire a certificate of mailing or upgraded shipping as there is an additional charge. Otherwise, items will ship via USPS 1st Class International which does not offer delivery confirmation abroad. Also, any customs fees are the buyers responsibility. Generally, international orders take about 2-4 weeks. And, yes, sometimes packages are opened during random inspections at customs [sorry- it's not me *promise, cross my heart*]

Returns and Exchanges
Returns:

• No unauthorized returns accepted. See information regarding exchanges & damages below.
  

Exchanges:

• Exchanges may be made if merchandise is in it's original condition/packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees (including original transaction).
• Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order before sending anything back.
• A restocking fee may be charged; and will always be charged in the case of returned earrings, due to hygiene issues.

Damages:

• If your order has been damaged in transit or a mistake made, please contact me within 10 days before sending anything back.
• In this case, I will assume responsibility for additional shipping costs, and apologize for any inconvenience!

Other

• Although adorable, my items are not intended for children 12 and under- sorry!
